For data exchange between all systems, the central data store is based on the IBM AS / 400 platform, located in Italy.

Exchange with SAP and WMS systems is carried out through text files (txt flat file).

Automatic data upload for building consolidated reporting (product balances in the context of various analysts and sales for the period) in the headoffice (IBM AS/400 system).

Solution
1C: Human resource management (HRM) has been chosen to correspond Russian labor legislation.

Our specialists have integrated 1C:HRM with SAP HR and SAP FI modules. That allowed to submit tax reports in time, saving a lot of time for financial department.

1C: Trade Management (TM) has taken its central place in Russian branch to support every day operations. It consolidates information from the following IT environment: Bitrix CMS, Arvato WMS, Mercator MES, DWH BI.

1C:TM has also been integrated with other 1C solutions: Document management, HRM and Accounting.

The whole bunch of 1C software allowed to automate the assortment management and supply chain, accounts receivable and payable, procurement, budgeting, sales and reporting for local needs.
On the basis of "1C:Trade Management 8" integrated system was developed. It consolidates information from accounting systems: Bitrix, WMS-system Arvato, production system Mercator, BI system DWH.

The new system is integrated with other 1C solutions: Document management, HRM and Accounting.

The system allowed to automate the management of assortment and supply chain, work with suppliers, procurement budgeting, collection of analytical data and preparation of detailed management reporting for management.
