Sales and financial accounting process automation in a representative office in Russia
The market leader on the Chinese network devices market — TP-LINK — opened a representative office in Russia in 2009. Among the first tasks of the new department was sales and financial accounting process automation.
Following the negotiations between the representatives of TP-LINK and First BIT, were selected products based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform: 1C:Sales Management 8, 1C:Accounting 8 and 1C:Payroll & HR. A critical factor was the availability of English interface in 1C:Sales Management that was very convenient for the foreign employees.
First BIT specialists successfully automated all the typical sales management process and equipment warranty management; automatic data exchange between three configurations has been setup.
A total of 10 workplaces were automated and staff training was carried out.
